  • Flexible one or two-piece design makes installation faster & easier. Its flexible construction also allows the heater to be opened to the full diameter of the cylinder.

MICA BAND HEATERS 
 
Mica band heaters are widely used to heat the moulds, dies, nozzles and especially to heat the cylinders (barrels) on all types of plastic processing machinery 
 
  • Maximum sheath temperature up to 480 deg C
  • Maximum watt density=25 watt/square inches
  • The built in insulation is specially formulated for the excellent heat reflection & performance capabilities
  • Flexible one or two-piece design makes installation faster & easier. Its flexible construction also allows the heater to be opened to the full diameter of the cylinder.

PERFORATED CERAMIC HEATER
 
  • For use on extrusion machinery or on any heat/cool operation.
  • Have 60% open performed metal sheath, which assures maximum surface area exposure.
  • Use of special ceramic material “steatite” with high thermal conductivity.
