Ceramic Infrared Heaters

Hi-Heat Ceramic Infrared heating elements emit energy with peak emission wavelengths between 3.3 to 5.7 microns. By design a coil heating element of Nickel-Chromium alloy is embedded in a glazed ceramic body, which gives protection against thermal shock and prevents attack by atmospheric oxygen.

The refractory material has a high emissivity value in the range of 0.96 which approaches the ideal black body conditions required for efficient radiation.

As these heaters have high resistance to moisture laden air and corrosive atmosphere, they are ideal for solvent removal, moisture evaporation and use in other adverse conditions.
